Chipping paint and torn cushions in premium rooms!!! The confusing restaurant situation and misleading fitness class bookings were quite frustrating!!! Fix the ghost town vibe and better communication about renovations would improve the overall experience!!!

The spa services impressed me. I indulged in a detox treatment that lasted six hours. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterward, and the benefits carried on for weeks. The gym facilities were top-notch, well-equipped, and always clean. The pools were lovely, perfect temperature for swimming. I loved the morning breakfast options, especially the Thai dishes, and the coffee selection was a pleasant surprise. Evening cocktails at the bar added a nice touch to our stay, although the options for nighttime entertainment were quite limited and could be improved. I also encountered some issues with the room's air conditioning. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, which affected my sleep. The restaurant's dinner service didn't always meet expectations. some dishes were too salty or bland, a letdown given the rave reviews I'd heard. Despite these negatives, the overall atmosphere and staff’s friendliness made for a generally enjoyable stay. I'd recommend staying here but be prepared for potential hiccups.

great base for exploring phuket's beautiful parks and viewpoints

I loved that I could easily walk to Laem Panwa Viewpoint for stunning views and visit the Phuket Aquarium just a short stroll away, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the peaceful and relaxing ambiance of my suite was just what I needed after long days of exploring. as a solo traveler who enjoys city strolls, the property had a lovely vibe with great amenities that complemented my experience, but the gym could use better staffing to enhance the overall experience.

We enjoyed the fine ocean view of the mountains and ships passing by the most during our stay. The private pool in our villa was a lifesaver for the kids, giving them space to splash around while we relaxed nearby.
